全球成功创业板上市条件分析及经验借鉴

摘　　要：创业板是为中小型创业企业提供新的筹资渠道和发展平台的资本市场。目前,美国、韩国和英国三大创业板比较成功。通过选取上市企业类型、上市财务指标(资本额、净有形资产、总市值、公众流通股市值、公众持股比例、盈利能力)、股票锁定、保荐人、做市商和转板机制等主要上市条件进行比较研究,旨在借鉴各国的成功经验,促进创业板的健康发展。Growth enterprise market（GEM） can provide a new source of funding and a development platform for small and medium -sized enterprises. Currently,the three GEM of the United States, South Korea and the United Kingdom are very successful. And then selects Some aspects to make a comparative study on three GEM stock exchange listing requirements , such as the type of listed companies, the financial indicators （ capital, net tangible assets, the total market value, the market value of the public stock , public stock ratio, profitability）, stock lock -up, sponsors, market maker and conversion mechanism, to learn from the global GEM successful experiences and promote the healthy development of our GEM.
