摘　　要：通过分析现实案例提出现代网络技术的迅速发展给传统著作权法律制度带来巨大冲击的法律问题,在归纳总结网络著作权概念的基础上,对网络著作权的侵权行为进行了分析,并对网络著作权的侵权行为类型进行了归纳整理,最后提出了网络著作权保护的一些切实可行的原则和措施。This paper gives a talk on the legal issues about the modern rapid development of the network technology hugely impacting on the traditonal copyright law systems by analyzing the real cases. Based on summarized the concept of network copyright, internet copyright infringement were analyzed, and so does the types of net copyright violations for giving some practical copyright protection principles and measures.
