定向排布层状SiC晶须补强Al_2O_3复相陶瓷的制备及其性能

摘　　要：利用流延成型和热压烧结工艺制得了晶须高度定向排列的层状Ａｌ２Ｏ３基复相陶瓷．讨论了分散剂、ｐＨ值等对浆料粘度的影响．分析了流延成型过程中刀片的运动速率和剪切强度对晶须定向的影响．测定了不同取向角下材料的强度和韧性，结果表明：材料的力学性能强烈依赖取向角，随取向角增大，强度和韧性逐渐降低．The unidirectionally whiskers_reinforced multilayer Al 2O 3 matrix composites were prepared by tape casting and hot pressing. Effects of the pH value of slurry and dispersant concentration upon viscosity are disscussed. During tape casting, the motion rate of the blade and the shear stresses that effected the whisker orientation were analysed. Bending strength and fracture toughness of composites were also measured and the results show that the mechanical properties strongly depend on the oriented angle of whiskers, bending strength , and fracture toughness decreases with the increase of the oriented angle.
