摘　　要：综述了急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)在重症监护病房护理中的应用情况,提出将其应用于内科系统中还有待于探索。It summarized the application of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation systemⅡ（APACHEⅡ） in nursing care of patients in intensive care unit（ICU）.It suggested that to apply APACHEⅡ in internal medical systems need to be probed further.
