摘　　要：在骨科内固定手术用骨钻钻孔时,为避免钻头过热对骨组织的损伤,常需在钻头注水降温,特研究设计了一种可操控注水器,用于降低钻孔时所致的高温。经临床使用,该注水器能在钻头钻孔时自动注水降温,冲洗术野,且制作简单、易于操作,有效地减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。During drilling in orthopedic fixation surgery by applying bone drill,a water control device was special studied and designed in order to avoid overheating drill to injury the bone tissue.The device can be used to reduce high temperature.Through clinical application,the water injection device can automatically drill hole injecting water cooling,wash surgical fields.It is simple-made and easily operation.And it could effectively decrease the labor intensity of staffs as well.
