摘　　要：介绍大连医科大学附属鞍山市铁西医院三维医疗设备漏费控制系统的建设背景、原理、控制模式、原则和作用,将漏费控制的核心由事后控制转为事前控制,提高医疗设备的使用效率和医院整体管理水平,为广大患者创造平等就医环境。The paper introduces the construction background, theory, operating mode, fundamental principle and function of three - dimensional medical equipments omitting fee control system of Anshan Tiexi Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. The system can transfer the core of omitting fee control from post - control to pre - control and can improve the usage efficiency of the medical equipments and the comprehensive management level of hospital so as to create equal medical care environment for all patients.
