摘　　要：结合特色馆藏的内涵,阐明特色馆藏要突出个性,介绍特色馆藏的信息性、差异性以及读者对馆藏特色的认知性,明确特色馆藏的定位,以提升图书馆的服务水平。指出读者满意度与馆藏特色和所采用的服务方式密切关联。Combining with the connotation of special collection, the paper expounds that special collection should highlight the personalities, reveals its information feature, diversity as well as readers＇ cognitive to special collection, identifies its location so as to improve service level of libraries. It also points out that the satisfaction extent of readers is closely relevant to special collection and the services.
