摘　　要：介绍了以西门子PLC为核心的控制系统在沼气发电多余气体燃烧装置中的应用。对系统的硬件组成和软件设计作较为详细的阐述。该系统的主要作用是实现了火炬点火的智能控制、控制气源主管道压力、外围报警等功能。现场应用情表明,该控制系统工作可靠,操作方便,以触摸屏为主的人机界面,使系统界面友好,简单直观,易于操作。The application of the control system based Siemens PLC in excess biogas burning equipment was introduced.It gave a detailed statement on the components of the system hardware and design of software.It can mainly realize the following functions：torch igniting intelligent control,biogas pressure control and failure alarm and so on.
