摘　　要：为实现光纤连接器研磨机的全自动控制,设计了基于PLC控制的步进电机送料系统。介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件实现方法,并对系统的步进电机驱动部分进行了详细分析和研究。实际应用表明,该系统操作方便、运行稳定,可以在同类产品的设计中推广应用。In order to achieve the automatic control of optic fiber polisher,this paper designs the proposal ot step motor feeding system based on PLC,and discusses the hardware structure and software implementation method of the system.The paper also analyzes and researchs the part of the step motor drive in detail.Practical application shows that the system is easy to operate,stable to run,it can be widely applied in the design of the similar products.
