南漳县新型农村合作医疗意外伤害补偿分析

摘　　要：意外伤害补偿是新型农村合作医疗补偿中的重要方面。鉴于近年意外伤害补偿基金所占比例的增大及正确区分意外伤害有无责任方存在一定难度,分析了南漳县2007年意外伤害补偿情况,阐述了存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。Accidental injury compensation is an important part in the compensation of NRCMS.For the increase of the accidental injury compensation fund in recent years and it is difficult to distinguish whether the accidental injury has a responsible party,this article analyzes the status of accidental injury compensation of Nanzhang County in 2007,and discusses the problems existed then puts forward corresponding advices and countermeasures.
