摘　　要：讨论了利用生物技术育种与传统育种的优缺点以及相互之间的关系，未来的育种学将是生物技术理论与传统育种体系相互补充、有机结合的学科。同时对如何发展江西农业生物技术提出了一些看法。The merits and demerits of biotechnical breeding and traditional breeding, the relations between the two methods are discussed in this paper. The future breeding will be a discipline of the mutual complement and organic combination of the biotechnical theory and the traditional breeding system. Simultaneously, some ideas on how to develop agricultural biotechnique in Jiangxi province are put forward.
