摘 要:将14C-糖和3H-水分别引入到棉茎韧皮部和木质部,结果表明,同化物在韧皮部中运输时,必须有木质部水分的参与,和木质部分离的韧皮部不能单独履行运输同化物的功能;同化物在韧皮部中以液流形式运输,液流中的水主要来自木质部。同化物向韧皮部的装载,是不伴随水的主动装载过程。韧皮部同化物运输和木质部水分密切相关。By using the double tracer, 14 C-sucrose and 3H-water were drawn into the phloem or xylem of cotton stem in this experiment. The assimilate transportation in the phloem can not carry on without the cooperation of the water in the xylem. The assimilate transports in the phloem by liquid form and the water of the liquid mainly comes from the xylem. This assimilate in the phloem of cotton stem distribute in some concentration gradient from source to pool and their transportation velocity is proportional to the concentration gradient, which is one of the motive forces of assimilate transportation. The results show that the assimilate transportation in phloem and the water from xylem are closely interrelated.
