摘  要:10kV系统由于分支多、接地电阻大,单相接地故障定位问题长期以来没有得到很好解决。提出了基于电压-时间型线路重合器与交流注入法相结合的10kV系统单相接地故障定位技术,利用线路重合器对接地故障进行准确隔离,确定故障区段同时减小线路对地电容的影响;在故障区段注入60Hz的交流信号,沿线路检测该信号,确定接地故障点的准确位置。为了保证交流注入信号不受线路对地电容的影响,深入研究了重合器最优隔离区段长度的计算方法。现场试验充分验证了该技术的正确性与可行性。Due to the large amount of branches and high grounding resistance of distribution grid, the grounding fault location in 10kV system has not been solved effectively. The grounding fault location technology in 10kV system is proposed by combining voltage-time line sectionalizer and AC signal method. Firstly, the grounding fault is isolated by line sectionalizer, so that the fault is located and the influence caused by distributed capacitance is weakened. Then 60Hz AC signal is injected at the fault area, and the signal can be measured so as to find the exact location of grounding fault. To avoid the influence of distributed capacitance to AC injection signal, the calculation method of optimal length of isolation area is intensively studied. The correctness and feasibility of this technology has been fully proved by site experiments.
