广州电网EMS/继电保护管理信息一体化系统应用分析

摘　　要：在电力系统中继电保护管理信息系统和EMS系统一般是独立的两套系统。广州供电局在新调度集控系统建设过程中制定并成功实施了EMS/保护信息系统集成平台的技术方案,将保护信息系统作为调度集控系统的重要组成部分建设,实现了两者在装置、数据库等方面的全方位一体化。详细介绍了该一体化系统的结构、新特点及其运行情况。Relay protection management system and energy management system （EMS） are often two systems, independent to each other. Guangzhou eleetrie bureau combined relay protection management system and EMS successfully during constitution of new dispatching control system. In new unified system, relay protection management system works as one important part of dispatching control system. The incorporate includes equipment and data base. Diagram, advantage and application of this unified EMS/relay protection management system are described in this paper.
