摘　　要：三相复费率电能表以microchip公司PIC16F877A单片机作为核心控制芯片,以珠海炬力的ATT7022A作为计量芯片,实现了复费率计量、电能管理、事件记录、自动抄表等功能,从芯片的主要功能、主要硬件电路的组成、主要模块的作用以及电能表的软件系统等三方面给出了详细论述。The multi-function electric power meter can not only measure the electric power, but also can manage electric power, register events and automatically excerpt the meter. The CPU of the multi-function electric-power is the chip PIC 16F877A of NEC and the measuring chip is the ATT7022A of Juli in Zhuhai. The paper expatiates on the function of the chip, the structure of the hardware, and the sottware system etc.
