我国创汇林业发展的战略与重点研究

摘　　要：发展创汇林业是解决我国目前林业问题的一个重要途径，要制定切实可行的战略，加大创汇林业发展力度，优化创汇林业结构，在积极发展木质林产品贸易创汇的同时，搞好非木质产品、非林产品贸易创汇，发展森林旅游，开辟非贸易创汇新领域，加强国际林业技术经济合作，有组织有计划地建立起一套完整高效的创汇林业体系。This paper holds that developing the Foreign Exchange Earning Forestry(FEEF) is an important way to solve the problems of forestry at present in China,and proposes that FEEF should be developed faster with an actual feasible strategy; the structuure of FEEF should be optimized not only woody forest products,but also the non-woody ones; non-forest products in the forest region should be promoted and the international cooperation of technology and economy of forestry should be enhanced.At last,an integrated and effective FEEF system should be set up in a planned way.
