摘　　要：目的寻找准确、简便的方法鉴别巴戟天、羊角藤和四川虎刺。方法采用性状鉴别、荧光法、薄层色谱法和紫外分光光度法进行分析。结果薄层色谱法中实验(3)可作为鉴别三种药品依据,紫外光谱法可作为鉴别巴戟天和羊角藤的依据。结论本文实验可作为巴戟天、羊角藤和四川虎刺鉴别的参考指标。Aim To find out an accurate and simple method to identify Morinda officinalis How, Morinda umbellata L. and Damnacanthus officinarum Huang. Methods Character identification, fluorescence, TLC and UV spectrophotometry were used for analysis. Results TLC in 3.3 can be used to identify three kinds of drugs , and UV spectroscopy can be used to identify Morinda officinalis How and Morinda umbellata L. Conclusion This experiment can be used as a reference for identifying Morinda officinalis How, Morinda umbellata L. and Damnacanthus officinarum Huang.
