摘　　要：目的测定不同采收季节牡荆叶中β-丁香烯含量,研究其含量分布与采收期的关系。方法进样温度240℃,检测器温度260℃,载气为高纯氮气,恒流1 ml.min-1,以程序升温对不同采收季节牡荆叶中β-丁香烯含量进行测定。结果同一产地不同采收季节牡荆叶中β-丁香烯的含量有一定差异。结论牡荆叶的采收季节对β-丁香烯的含量有一定影响。Aim To determine β-caryophyllene in Folium Viticis Negundo collected from different seasons, and to study relationship between the harvested seasons and the content of β-caryophyllene. Methods The temperature at feed inlet and detector were 240℃ and 260℃ ,the carrier gas was nitrogen,and the flow rate was 1 ml · min^-1. Adopting temperature programmer was used to analyze Oleum Viticis Negundo collected from different seasons. Results The β-caryophyllene in Folium Viticis Negundo collected from different seasons have invariably difference. Conclusion The harvest season affects the content of β-caryophyllene in Folium Vitieis Negundo.
