摘　　要：介入治疗具有手术时间短、创伤小、并发症少、保留生育功能等优点,是目前治疗难治性产后出血的首选方法。以19例实行介入治疗的难治性产后出血病例为分析对象,介绍了介入治疗的过程方法,术后的结果,并具体结合该19例病例进行介入治疗的相关问题的讨论。Interventional therapy has the advantage of short operation time, tiny wound, little syndrome and holding procreation tunction, etc, so it＇s the preferred method of curing refractory postpartum hemorrhage at present. Taking 19 interventional therapy cases of postpar- tum hemorrhage for analysing example,introduce the process of interventional therapy and the result after the operation, and discuss the related issue on interventional therapy integrated with the 19 cases.
