摘  要:以聚丙烯无纺布为膜组件,向浸渍式膜生物反应器中投加多孔、悬浮填料处理人工废水。通过分析测定膜通量、跨膜压力变化及处理水浊度和CODCr,考察填料对浸渍式膜生物反应器性能的影响。实验结果表明,投加填料在一定程度上能够减缓可逆的滤饼层污染阻力,保持较高的膜通量,但是投加填料却破坏了污泥絮体的稳定性,导致处理水的浊度、CODCr及跨膜压力的增大,增加了不可逆膜污染阻力。This paper discusses wastewater treatment by the submerged membrane bioreactor (SMBR) that features polypropylene non -woven fabric as the membrane component, with porous, suspended carriers used. The impact of the carriers on the performance of SMBR was researched by measuring membrane flux, transmembrane pressure change, turbidity of treated water and CODer. The experiment results showed that the carriers mitigate the reversible fouling resistance of the filter cake to a certain extent, thus maintaining a high membrane flux. But they undermine the stability of sludge floes and result in the increase of the turbidity of treated water, CODer, transmembrane pressure and irreversible membrane fouling resistance.
