摘　　要：目的探讨YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针治疗高血压脑出血的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院在CT定位下运用YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针治疗高血压脑出血69例病人的临床治疗效果与适应证的选择。结果术后随访6个月,按照ADL疗效评定标准:预后良好50例,预后不良16例,死亡3例。结论YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针在CT定位下行微创脑内血肿清除术,是一种简便、准确、有效的方法,为高血压脑出血的治疗开辟了一新的途径。Objective To discuss the effect of YL-1 haematoma smashing puncture needle to treat hypertension cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 69 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage treated with YL-1 haematoma smash- ing puncture needle were respectively analyzed. Results According to ADL curative effect evaluation standard, there were 50 cases with favorable effect, 16 cases with bad prognosis examples and 3 cases died. Conclusion YL-1 haemato- ma smashing puncture needle is simple, accurate and effective for hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.
