摘 要:目的:探讨正常妊娠孕妇及子痫前期孕妇的右室舒张功能变化。方法:随机选择健康孕妇50例,在早、中、晚孕期做3次超声检查。同时对子痫前期28例及健康未孕妇女30例也进行超声检查。结果:孕妇早、中、晚期3次检查结果与未孕妇女比较无统计学意义;孕妇3次检查间相互比较也无统计学意义;子痫前期的右室舒张功能减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种方法中,组织多普勒方法较血流多普勒敏感。结论:正常孕妇右室舒张功能在舒张期无明显变化,子痫前期的右室舒张功能减低。组织多普勒方法更为敏感。Objective: To explore the changes on diastolic function of right ventricle in normal pregnant women and women with preeclampsia. Methods: 50 randomly selected healthy pregnant women, 28 women with preeclampsia and 30 healthy non -pregnant women were examined by Doppler echocardiography in early, middle and late pregnancy. Results: There .was no significant difference in Doppler echocardiography results between pregnant women and non - pregnant women ; there was no significant difference in Doppler eehoeardiography results among three times ; the diastolic function of right ventricle in women with preeclampsia decreased, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Compared to flow Doppler imaging, tissue Doppler imaging was more sensitiveConclusion: In normal pregnant women, there is no significant change in diastolic function of right ventricle. Diastolic function of right ventricle decreases significantly in women with preeclampsia. Compared to flow Doppler imaging, tissue Doppler imaging is more sensitive.
