七氟醚与氯胺酮合用对小鼠的镇痛催眠作用

摘　　要：目的观察七氟醚(svoflurance,Sev)与氯胺酮(ketamine,KT)合用对小鼠的镇痛、催眠作用。方法120只小鼠随机分为3大组(n=40),每大组再随机分为4小组(n=10):生理盐水组(NS组)、七氟醚组(Sev组)、氯胺酮组(KT组)、七氟醚和氯胺酮合用组(Sev+KT组)。通过热板法和扭体法、催眠实验观察小鼠给药后的热板痛阈值(pain threshold in hot-plate test,HPPT)和扭体次数(writhing times,WT)、睡眠潜伏期和睡眠时间(sleeping time,ST)的变化。结果七氟醚与氯胺酮合用能增大HPPT,减少WT,缩短睡眠潜伏期,延长ST。结论七氟醚与氯胺酮合用对小鼠能产生协同镇痛及催眠作用。Objective To observe the analgesic and hypnotic effects of svoflurance combined with ketamine in mice.Methods 120 mice were randomly divided into 3 large groups（n=40）,with each large group further randomized into 4 small groups（n=10）： normal saline（NS） group,sevoflurane（Sev） group,ketamine（KT） group and Sev ＋ KT group.Techniques including hot-plate test,writhing test and hypnosis test were employed to evaluate the effects on the pain threshold in hot-plate test（HPPT）,the writhing times（WT）,the sleeping latency and the sleeping times（ST） in the mice subsequent to the treatment.Result The combined administration of sevoflurane and ketamine could increase the HPPT,decrease the WT,curtail the latency and extend the ST.Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with ketamine is able to exert analgesic and hypnotic effects.
