摘 要:针对某公司服役30000 h后的乙烯裂解炉管KHR 45A高温氧化现象进行了试验研究。通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了KHR 45A炉管内、外壁附近显微组织变化情况。结果表明:内、外壁附近均有氧化物、剥蚀区和碳化物区三个区域;内、外表层均有连续的Cr2O3层,亚表层SiO2呈树枝状沿晶界向炉管内部扩展,内、外壁附近剥蚀区分别约180μm和280μm;炉管材料内外壁氧化现象与Petkovic-Luton和Ramanarayan模型基本吻合,其内、外壁附近显微组织变化与该模型第Ⅲ阶段一致。Oxidation phenomena of KHR 45A furnace tubes in ethylene pyrolysis after 30000 h- service at high temperatures have been investigated experimentally. Microstructural evolution of the tube materials near the outer and inner surface were investigated by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with energy- dispersive X -ray spectroscopy (EDX). It showed that three zones : oxidant layer, denuded - zone and carbide zone was observed near both inner and outer surface of the tube. The outermost successive oxide layer near the inner and outer surface is mainly consisted of Cr2O3. Beneath this Cr2O3 layer, it was observed that SiO2 branches had penetrated toward the interiors of the section along grain boundaries. The denuded - zone near the inner and outer surface is 180 μm and 280 μm, respectively. In generally, the oxidation phenomena of KHR 45A tube agree with the model given by Petkovic and Ramanarayanan, with KHR 45A tube showing microstructural degradation to stage Ⅲ.
