摘　　要：将基于磁致伸缩效应的MsSR3030系统用于管道中的缺陷检测。超声导波在管道中传播速度受管道材质、防腐漆层等因素影响将发生变化,降低MsS-3064型磁致伸缩传感器的方向控制水平,导致管道检测信号中包含异向检测信号。为消除异向检测信号,提出一种权值差除的方法,对正反向检测信号做H ilbert变换,再利用小波函数分解重构得出信号包络线,赋予正反信号包络线一定权值后做减法,可以有效消除不需要的异向信号,提高检测信号的可识别性。MsSR3030 inspection system based on magnetostrictive effect was used for defect detection in pipes. The propagation velocity of ultrasonic guided waves in the pipe will be affected by some factors, including pipe material and anti -corrosion painting coating. Change on the propagation velocity will result in a low- level direction control of the MsS- 3064 magnetostrictive sensor, and finally the unwanted signal from the opposite side will be introduced to the detection signal in the setting direction. Weight subtraction method was proposed for the signal processing which can effectively eliminate the opposite side signal. First, Hilbert transform was applied to both the positive and negative detection signals. Then the envelops of the signals using wavelet analysis were reconstructed. Finally, the subtraction between the two envelop curves after endowing them with a certain weight was performed. Signal processing by using weight subtraction method can effectively subtracted unwanted signals reflected from opposite side and improve the distinguishability of inspection signals.
