摘 要:以浙江舟山地区近海和盐田样品中分离纯化的120株嗜盐菌为材料,筛选产功能酶的菌株,发现其中淀粉酶产生菌有8株,蛋白酶产生菌有5株,脂肪酶产生菌有23株,其中HS238和HS225产量较高,在分离菌株中未检测到纤维素酶活性.选取其中13株进行金属敏感性实验,结果显示菌株HS223,HS239,HS254可以抗2mg·mL-1Mn2+,所有菌株都耐受培养基中10μg·mL-1Cr6+,但没有筛选到产表面活性剂的菌株.Totally 120 halophilic strains were isolated from mud isolates were screened for industrially important enzymes. The and water samples from Zhoushan islands, All the result showed that eight strains produce amylase, five strains produce proteinase. Lipase is produced by twenty three strains, and two of them, strain HS238 and HS225, are high productive strains. No cellulase enzyme activity was detected among these strains, Metal sensitivity of 13 strains was tested, among of which HS223, HS239, HS254 survived from 2mg·mL-1 Mn2+ and all the isolates survived from 10μg·mL-1Cr6+. No surfaetant activity was detected in this study
