摘　　要：心理资本是个体一般积极性的核心心理要素,具体表现为符合积极组织行为标准的心理状态,它超出了人力资本和社会资本,并能够通过有针对性的投入和开发而使个体获得竞争优势。对国内外心理资本的内涵、结构维度、测量及影响因素等方面已有的研究成果进行了回顾和分析。在此基础上,提出心理资本未来需要进一步研究的方向。Psychological capital is the core of Individual general enthusiasm of the psychological elements. It specifically performs as a state of mind of conduct and active organization standards. It goes beyond the human capital and social capital above, and can through targeted investment and development to help individual gain a competitive advantage. The article reviewed and analyzed the connotation, structural dimensions, measurement and impact of factors of psychological capital at home and abroad existing research results. On this basis, the article provides the future direction of psychological capital for further research.
