医学科研功利化倾向及其应对策略的探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析医学科研功利化倾向并提出其应对策略。方法:文献法。结果:功利主义观念对医学科研工作目的与宗旨的影响及干预,以及目前医学科研片面追求论文数量、获奖、科研项目数量与经费等功利性表现严重。对策:必须改革现行医学科研评估机制、经费投放机制,健全制度、规范管理,加强对相关人员培训、教育、管理等,提高科研管理人员与科研人员职业道德素质。Objective：This paper aims to analyse the utilitarian tendency of medical and provide its coping strategies.Methods：Literature method.Results：At present,utilitarianism affect and intervene the purpost of medical research more medical researchers unilaterally pursues the number of medical research papers,the number of awards and funds for research projects,which is very serious.Conclusions：It should not only reform the current system of medical research evaluation and give more funds for medical research,but also improve the management system and standardize management.We must strengthen personnel training, education, and management as well as improve personnel＇s quality of professional ethics.
