摘　　要：在实践中,医患关系已具备了消费关系的形式特征,把医疗、预防、保健、康复等行为纳入公民消费范围是未来趋势,这将更有利于保护公民的合法权益。In practice,doctor-patient relationship possesses the formal features of consumption relation.Bringing medical behavior of treatment, disease prevention, health care, rehabilitation into civil sphere of consumption must be the future trend.It will be more beneficial to protect the legitimate interest of citizens.
