摘 要:在煤炭的储存和运输过程中,会产生大量煤尘,不仅造成煤炭损失,还将对环境造成严重污染。通过实验确定了一种复合型抑尘剂的最佳配方,该抑尘剂以水溶性高分子、丙三醇为原料进行反应,再加入吸湿性卤盐制成。抗风吹能力测定实验表明,喷洒该抑尘剂后,表层煤粒能抵御20m/s的风吹,抑尘效率可达98%以上,且抗冻融能力强。现场试验表明,该抑尘剂喷淋于运煤列车表层,可以明显减少煤损失,减轻环境污染。In the storage and transportation process of coal,a large amount of coal dust is generated,it not only caused coal loss,but also lead to serious environment pollution.The optimum compositions of a complex dust suppressant were determined by the experiments,this dust suppressant was prepared by chemical reaction of water-soluble polymer with glycerol and then adding into calcium chloride.The experiment of wind whistling showed that after the coal dust was sprayed with this dust suppressant,it can withstand the wind blow of 20 m/s,the dust suppression efficiency reached 98% or more,and it had good freeze-thaw resistance.On-the-spot test indicated that when this dust suppressant was sprayed on the surface of the coal train,it can markedly reduce coal losses and environmental pollution.
