摘  要:终采线附近是冲击矿压的多发区,受巷道布局的影响,此段煤体容易形成"准煤柱",其冲击危险性较正常回采期间一般会有所升高,需要制订专门的冲击矿压综合防治方案。星村煤矿深部E3103综放工作面停采期间的防冲经验:在接近终采线附近时,根据不同的推进位置,采取煤体卸压爆破、大直径钻孔卸压、柔性支柱超前支护和降低煤层回采高度等综合措施,以降低冲击危险性;采用电磁辐射法和钻屑法及时对防冲效果进行检验和评价。现场应用结果表明,针对终采线附近制订的综合防冲措施有效降低了冲击危险性,保证了工作面的顺利回采和搬迁,可为其他具有类似条件的矿井工作面停采期间的防冲设计提供参考。The area near the termination line of a working face is an area with frequent occurrence of rock bursts,affected by roadway layout,the 'quasi coal pillar' is easily formed in the coal body of this section,the hazard of rock burst may generally increase more than that in the normal mining period,so it is necessary to work out a special comprehensive prevention and control plan for rock bursts.The experiences for the prevention and control of the occurrence of rock outburst in deep E3103 fully mechanized caving face during mining stopping in Xingcun Coal Mine are that when mining approaches the termination line,comprehensive prevention measures such as pressure release blasting for coal body,pressure release by large-diameter boreholes,advance support with flexible props,reduction of the mining height of coal seam and so on are taken in order to reduce the hazard of rock bursts;the prevention effectiveness for rock bursts is timely examined and evaluated by electromagnetic radiation method and drill cuttings method.The site application showed that the comprehensive prevention measures against rock bursts near the termination line effectively reduced the hazard of rock bursts,ensured the smooth mining and transfer of working face and can provide reference for the design of rock burst prevention and control of working face during mining stopping period in other mines with similar conditions.
