核桃楸树皮化学成分及药物活性研究进展

摘　　要：核桃楸树皮是取自胡桃科胡桃属植物核桃楸(也叫胡桃楸,山核桃),经干制得到,其主要成分有醌类,黄酮类,酚类,挥发油以及苷类等。核桃楸树皮提取成分具有抗氧化,抗肿瘤,抗炎症,抗HIV,抗寄生虫等活性。对其活性成分的进一步研究将有助于新型药物的开发。Dry stem-barks, derived from the plant Juglans mandshurica Maxim, is a traditional Chinese medicine, and contains quinones, flavones, polyphenols, glycosides, volatile oils and else. The extracts from the stem-barks has been pharmacologically characterized of important bioactivities of antioxidant and anti-inflammation, and promise potential to inhibit the growth of tumors, resist AIDS and fight against parasites. The isolation and identifieation of the bioactivity-components of this medical herb may facilitate further research and discovery of new drugs.
