摘 要:结合工程实例,采用现场检测、化学分析和有限元分析等技术手段对接岸结构钢板桩锈损破坏的环境条件、破损特点、形成机理、影响程度和加固方法进行研究。检测数据表明,接岸结构钢板桩锈损主要表现为局部锈蚀成洞。认为接岸结构钢板桩在泥面附近局部腐蚀的主要原因是电化学腐蚀,另外水流冲蚀、空泡腐蚀、砂石磨蚀也是重要影响因素。对钢板桩完好、锈蚀和局部锈损情况的变形、受力分析表明,钢板桩锈损已导致接岸结构的安全处于不确定状态,应立即采取修复补强措施。并进一步提出局部外包法加固方案,加固后接岸结构的变形和受力均可满足要求。Combined with practical work,the environmental condition,characteristic,formation mechanism and influence degree of steel sheet pile corrosion and the reinforcement method were studied by the technical means of field detection, chemical analysis and finite element analysis.The detected data shows that the main form of steel sheet pile corrosion is corrosion pit.Electrochemical corrosion is considered as the primary cause of localized corrosion near silt surface.The fluvial abrasion,cavitation corrosion and silt erosion are also the important factors.Deformation and force analysis results show that the corrosion of steel sheet pile has led the link-banked structure to the state of insecurity.The renovating and reinforcing method should be taken immediately.The scheme for local reinforcement with reinforced concrete was further proposed in this paper.The deformation and force of link-banked structure can meet the requirement after reinforcement.
