摘　　要：在2008年北美放射学年会(RSNA)上推出的高端新CT被业内人士称之为"后64排CT",其时间分辨率、空间分辨率和Z轴覆盖范围都有明显的提高,进一步拓展了冠状动脉的成像质量和诊断准确性,特别是双源CT对高心率患者冠状动脉的成像足以满足诊断要求,射线剂量也明显降低。文章综述了高端CT(如宝石CT、320排CT)的性能及发展,随着X线管和高压发生器、探测器、原始影像重建后处理技术的不断进步,这些高端CT及其伴随的软硬件技术也将快速发展。The improvement of time resolution, spacial resolution combined with enlarged coverage of Z axis made the coronary artery imaging more accurate and perfect, especially the Dual-source CT, which can deal with patients with higher heart heating rate and decrease the radiation dosage. These advanced new CT machines were called by professionals ＂ Post 64 slice row CT＂ in the conference of RSNA 2008. The emergence of gemstone CT claims a new age of CT imaging. With clinical apllication of 320 slice CT, a whole body scan can be performed within one lap running of CT scanner. The advancement of super CT machines and techniques of hard-software mainly depends on the progress of X-ray tube, high tension generator, detector and postprocessing technology of reconstruction of primitive images.
