摘 要:为修复水泥混凝土路面DBI施工对接缝部位混凝土产生的扰动破坏,在滑模摊铺机后部增设两块振动平板进行补振。根据振动传播理论,为保证混凝土中粗集料获得最佳振动,提出选用2300~31300次/min的振动频率。按有效振动液化原理提出了振动颗粒极限振幅的确定方法。从有效振动深度等边界条件提出振动电机偏心矩的确定方法。结合广东省粤赣高速公路某标段滑模摊铺施工,进行了振动板的实例设计,工程应用表明,振动板能有效消除接缝部位混凝土的缺陷,传力杆牢固可靠;路面平整度显著提高,平整度合格率达到91%以上,比没有加装振动板的标段高23%。Two vibrating plates were attached to the rear of slipform paver to remedy the defects during the dowel bar insert (DBI) construction of cement concrete pavement. According to the vibration propagation theory, a suitable frequency of 2 200 - 3 000 rpm was selected to ensure the best vibration of coarse aggregate. The limit amplitude of aggregate was detemained by the principle of effective vibrating liquefaction. The selection of motor' s eccentric moment was proposed based on the boundary condition such as vibrating depth. A case-based design of vibrating plate was conducted in a certain contract section of Guangdong-Jiangxi expressway using the slipform paving construction method. The practical case shows that vibrating plate could perfectly remedy the defects of concrete in the joint area with reliable dowel bar working and improve the pavements, smoothness to the qualified rate of 91% which is 23% higher than that of the contract section without vibrating plates.
