摘 要:研究了Ni(naph) 2 -Al(i Bu) 3-BF3·OEt2 -Et2 O体系催化丁二烯聚合的特点 ,考察了Al/B摩尔比、Al/Ni摩尔比、Ni/Bd摩尔比、Et2 O/B摩尔比等反应条件对聚合活性及聚合产物分子量的影响。实验结果表明 ,同稀硼单加体系相比 ,乙醚的加入不仅保持体系较高的聚合活性 ,而且还能稳定地控制聚合物分子量。Al/B比的变化对聚合活性及聚合物分子量的影响显著 ,Al/Ni比、Ni/Bd比、Et2 O/B比对其影响不大。The behavior of butadiene polymerization with Ni(naph) 2 (Ni)-Al(i Bu) 3(Al)-BF 3·OEt 2(B)-Et 2O catalytic system was investigated.The effects of polymerization conditions on the catalytic activity、the molecular weight were also examined.It revealed that with the addtion of Et 2O the high activity range of Al/B mole ratio was widen,the molecular weight could be controlled steadly in comparison with the traditional catalytic system.The results showed that the catalytic activity and the molecular weight were influenced by Al/B mole ratio changing,while they were little influenced by Al/Ni、Ni/Bd mole ratio.
