摘　　要：针对年楚河流域经济社会发展水平及水资源开发利用现状,建立了年楚河流域水资源承载能力评价模型及指标体系,对不同水平年的水资源承载能力进行了计算,并提出了年楚河可持续水资源管理的方法和主要措施。在今后的工作中,必须在注重生态环境保护的基础上,适当增加供水量,同时加大节水力度,才能保障该地区社会经济的可持续发展。Based on development level of economy and society and the present situation of water resources development and utilization in Nianchu river basin,the paper establishes model and index system of water resources carrying capacity assessment,calculates water resources carrying capacity in different level years in Nianchu river and puts forward method and main measures of sustainable water resources management for Nianchu river.To make sure the sustainable development of society and economy in the area,we should pay more attention to ecological environment protection,increase water supply quantity properly and emphasize saving water in future work.
