摘　　要：针对玻璃配料过程的特点,设计了一种新型称重控制器。控制器采用了数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320F2812作为控制核心,利用DSP运算能力强、片内功能丰富的特点,简化了电路设计,提高了称重检测精度。该控制器结构简单,运算速度快,控制精度高,具有开发应用价值。A type of weight controller for glass batching process in industrial applications is designed. Controller is based on Digital Signal Processor（DSP） TMS320F2812 as control core. By using the high computation speed, rich set of features the circuit design is simplified and the accuracy is improved. The controller has simple structure, high control precision, and application value.
