摘　　要：分析了我国民间资金的特点,针对目前公路建设资金短缺的问题,提出资产证券化(Asset-Backed Securitization,简称ABS)融资模式;探讨了ABS融资模式的特性,得出其可以作为近期公路建设融资重要方式的结论。最后提出一些有待完善的问题。This paper analyzes the characteristics of the non-governmental funds in China. For highway construction is currently in a shortage of funds, raises a financing model of Asset-Backed Securitization（ referred to as ABS）, and explores the characteristics of the ABS financing model, which can draw an important conclusion as a Highway construction financing in the near future. Finally, it brings forward a number of issues to be improved.
