芳纶帘线性能及在轮胎中的应用研究

摘　　要：进行了芳纶（Ｔｗａｒｏｎ）帘线动态力学性能和疲劳性能的研究及其在轿车子午线轮胎、轻载子午线轮胎、工程机械轮胎缓冲层中的应用试验。结果表明，芳纶帘线具有动态模量高、滞后损失小的优异性能。芳纶增强轮胎具有轻量、高速及使用寿命长等特点。The dynamic and fatigue properties of aramid(Twaron) cord were investigated and a study was made on the application of aramid cord to radial passenger car tire,radial light truck tire and OTR tire.The results showed that the aramid cord possessed high dynamic modulus and low hysteresis;and the aramid reinforced tire featured reduced weight,good high speed performance and long tread life.
