摘　　要：晚清时期的陶澍幕府有着承上启下的作用,是晚清幕府繁荣的先导。陶澍幕府的人数不多,规模不大,但建立最早,而且与中国传统幕府的职能、即专为幕主处理琐碎政务大不相同;陶澍幕府主要作用,是为施行改革,兴利除弊服务。In the late Qing Dynasty （1640-1911）, the Tao Shu Administration office served as a link between the future and the past. It is the first example of the prosperous administration office work. Tao Shu＇s administration office system was established earlier. However, the working officials were not plenty, The main functions of this administration office of Tao Shu is to deal with the administration affairs of state： i.e. to promote what is beneficial and to abolish what is harmful and to carry out the economic reform.
