摘 要:采用5个具有抗虫基因的陆地棉材料作母本,6个不同类型的非抗虫棉材料作父本,按照不完全双列杂交设计(NCⅡ设计)组配30个杂交组合。分析杂交组合F1代主要纤维品质性状的杂种优势、配合力及相关性。结果表明,棉花5个品质性状中除伸长率外,其他都有不同程度的正向杂种优势;5个品质性状母本间、父本间一般配合力效应大多达显著和极显著水平;母本中以D17、中41的一般配合力效应最好;父本中以百农527、HN68一般配合力效应最好,F1表现与双亲一般配合力及总配合力呈极显著正相关。In this trial,the(NC Ⅱ design) group allocated 30 crosses were made with five upland cotton with insect-resistant gene as female and six different types of cotton varieties without insect-resistant as male by incomplete double hybrid design, the hybrid advantage strength, relevance and correlation of the main fiber quality characters of F1 were analyzed. The results showed that all five largest quality traits of cotton except elongation rate had a significant positive heterosis; the GCA effect of the five largest quality traits of cotton reached a significant level (5% or 1% level) in female and in male; the effect of D17 and ZHONG 41 of the GCA in female was the best, the effect of Bainong 527, HN 68 of the GCA in male was the best; FI values and parents GCA and the total combining ability showed significant positive correlation.
