盐田土中中度嗜盐菌Pontibacillus sp. Y32的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：从江苏盐城三圩盐田土样中分离到一株中度嗜盐菌Y32并对其进行了系统鉴定。结果表明,综合该菌形态学、生理学和16S rRNA基因序列等特征,该菌为Pontibacillus属的一个新种,命名为Pon-tibacillus sp.Y32。菌种已送中国典型培养物保藏中心(CCTCC)保藏,保藏号为CCAM 100050。In this study,a moderate halophilic bacterium Y32 was isolated from salt field soil in Sanwei,Yancheng. Based on morphological, physiological, biochemical and 16S rRNA gene sequence characteristics, strain Y32 was classified into the genus Pontibacillus as a novel species,named as Pontibacillus sp. Y32. The strain had been collected in China Center for Type Culture Collection （CCTCC） under the number CCAM 100050.
