摘 要:以新研96-48及其转Bt+CPTi基因后的SGK36为材料,研究了不同逆境胁迫下快速生长的叶片对棉铃虫生长发育的影响。结果表明,寡照环境有助于转基因棉抗虫性的表达,干旱环境对转基因棉抗虫性影响较小,浸水环境不利于转Bt基因棉抗虫性表达。影响转基因棉抗虫性表达的主要原因可能与逆境导致转基因棉某些生理及形态的改变引发棉铃虫采食量变化有关。The effect of poor sunshine, drought and overabundant water on insect-resistance were studied with two cotton varieties (Xinyan 96-48 and transgenie Bt+CPTi SGK36) which were treated with overshadowed by puggrees, drought and soaked in water after 30 days potted plant. The results showed that the poor sunshine condition helped to develop the expression of insect-resistance. The effect on insect-resistance was negligible in drought condition. The expressions of insectresistance were affected greatly in overabundant water conditions. The main reason of affecting the expression of insect-resistance might be relative with the cotton bollworm's appetites which were affected by the changes of physiological characters and shapes of Bt+CPTi cotton under adversity.
