摘  要:以LDP-294、贝达、520A砧木嫁接红地球的六年生葡萄植株为材料,探讨了砧木对红地球葡萄生长和果实品质的影响,结果表明,以LDP-294为砧木的伤流液数量、叶绿素含量和果实生长量均显著高于红地球自根苗,以贝达为砧木的果实成熟期比自根苗晚12 d左右,除伤流液和果实内在品质较好外,其他经济性状、生理活性反而不如自根苗,且生长期有叶片黄化现象,果实小产量低,但叶片黄化矫正后恢复较好;以520A为砧木,由于没覆土,冻害严重,地上部死亡,不能正常生长和结果,表明520A做红地球砧木在生产上和生理上都不适宜。初步试验表明,LDP-294、贝达两种砧木在西北地区嫁接红地球较为适宜。The grape cultivar Red globe (Vitis vinifera L.) was taken as scion grafted onto different rootstocks from three different cuhivars, such as LDP-294 ( V itis piasezkii maxin var pagnucii ) , Beida ( Fibsriparia ) and 520A ( Vtis berlandieri× Vtis riparia). The results showed that, both of the economic properties and physical activities of the Red globe grafted onto the cultivar LDP-294 rootstock were higher than its own rooted individuals. Chlorophyll content, quantities of the fruit growth were higher than that of its own rooted vine; grafted on Beida, the autumn period of the berry prolonged about two weeks than own rooted vine, the fruit volume was smaller, and the yield decreased, but the quality tended to be better. The etiolation degree of the leaves was serious. Red globe grafted on 520A, it could not normally grow and develop. LDP-294 and Beida were the suitable rootstock for grafting of Red globe in alkaline soil.
