摘　　要：介绍了AFLP分子标记技术的原理、特点,综述了AFLP技术在蚕豆遗传育种中研究应用的进展。This article summarized the principle and characteristics of AFLP and introduced the development and perspective at the home and abroad. At the last it prospected the application of AFLP technology in genetics and breeding at the faba bean.
