摘  要:分析了基于光纤通信备用电源自投装置存在运行方式单一、只能固定在系统某个点开口运行的缺点。在此基础上设计了失压解列及备自投一体化装置,根据系统运行方式安排联络线一侧开关热备用(运行)、另一侧开关运行(热备用),通过切换该装置定值区(针对不同功能预先设置好相对应的控制字)将运行侧投入失压解列功能、热备用侧投入备用电源自投功能,在确保系统始终有备用电源的前提下,有效转移联络线上T接变电所的负荷,以提高系统运行的灵活性和可靠性。This paper analyzes that operation mode of backup power automatic switch device based on optical fiber communication is single, which only runs at one point of the system. So voltage losing disconnection with automatic switch integrated device is designed. According to the system operation mode, one side of the tieline side is hot standby (running), another side of the tie-line side is running (hot standby). By switching the fixed value, the running side will be switched to voltage losing disconnection function, the hot standby side will be switched to backup power automatic switch function, which transfers load of "T" coupling transformer substation availably, with insuring that the system has always backup power, in order to improve the flexibility and reliability of system operation.
