甲基叔丁基醚裂解气直接制备硫化异丁烯的研究

摘　　要：介绍了以抚顺石油化工研究院自行研制开发的改性催化剂用于ＭＴＢＥ裂解的试验，考察了最佳反应条件；该ＭＢＴＥ裂解气中异丁烯含量高，甲醇含量小，可代替纯异丁烯为原料，以路易氏酸为催化剂，与单氯化硫加合反应生产硫化异丁烯，每吨产品可降低成本１５００～１８００元；该裂解气中存在一定量甲醇对加合反应有利，含水量大对反应不利。The test of MTBE crack with modified catalyst developed by Fushui Petrochemical Research Institute was described.The optimum reaction conditions were investigated.Because of high content isobutene and low content methanol in it,so the MTBE cracked gas can be used as feedstock instead of pure isobutene.Through additive reaction with mon sulphur chloride,taking Lewis acid as catalyst,the sulfurized isobutene can be prepared,lowing the cost about 1500～1800 yuan(RMB) per ton;proper methanol in cracked gas is beneficial to the additive reaction but higher water content.
