摘  要:以宽、窄叶型2种茖葱为供试材料,探索摘叶处理对其品质指标的影响。试验结果表明:随着摘叶程度的加大,宽、窄叶型茖葱的可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、还原性糖含量、VC含量均有所降低;而可溶性蛋白含量最大值出现在出苗后第37天,宽叶型最大值为45.48mg/100g、窄叶型为39.14mg/100g;可溶性糖含量最大值出现在出苗后第43天时,宽叶型最大值为48.61mg/100g、窄叶型为48.12mg/100g;还原性糖从出叶开始到5月10日前后,其含量达到最大值(宽叶型为634.1mg/100g、窄叶型为679.7mg/100g);纤维素含量也呈梯次递减。Study on picking two types leaf of A llium victorialis Linnaeus on the quality indexes, the results showed, with increasing quantity of taking off leafs, the two kinds of type leaves of A. victorialis of soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, sugar content and Vc content reduced,the soluble protein content was shown the highest after seeding in the 37th day,the highest value of the wide type was 45.48mg/100g,and the narrow type was 39.14mg/100g; Soluble sugar content was shown the highest value after seeding in the 43 day, the highest value of the wide type was 48.61 mg/100g, the narrow type was 48.12mg/100g. Reduced sugar from spronting till May 10th, its content value was the biggest (the wide leaf type was a 634. ling/100g, the narrow type was a 679.7mg/hg). The celhdose content also presents turn to gradually decreased.
