含硅环氧树脂的合成及在棉织物上的应用

摘　　要：用正交设计方法研究了含硅环氧树脂的合成及其在棉织物上的应用工艺。合成树脂的最佳条件为：中间体２ｇ，含硅化合物１０ｇ，环氧氯丙烷８４ｇ，反应温度７０℃，反应时间１ｈ；处理棉府绸最佳工艺为：含硅环氧树脂８％，焙烘温度１７０℃，焙烘时间４ｍｉｎ；处理过的棉其干折皱回复角提高６０°以上，湿折皱回复角提高５０°以上。In this thesis,the synthesis of silicone epoxy resin and its application to cotton fabrics were studied by orthogonal experiment.The optimum conditions of synthesizing were as follows:micromolecule intermediate 2 g,silicone compound 10 g,epoxy chloropropane 8 4 g,reaction temperature 70 ℃,reaction time 1 h.The optimum conditions for the treatment of cotton poplin were as follows:silicone epoxy resin 8%,baking temperature 170 ℃,baking time 4 min.Dry crease recovery angle of cotton fabrics treated with epoxy resin was increased from 117 8 to 189 1,wet crease recovery angle from 182 3 to 240 6
